Tragically, at The Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the age of 53. Beloved husband and best friend of Kelly Sonnel (née MacDonald). Loving father of Meghann and Lindsay (Craig). Proud grandfather of Ireland and Raine. Dear son of Jacqueline (née McCullough) and the late Jean Guy Sonnel. Brother of Suzanne (David), Robert (Melanie) and Terry (Wendy). Mike touched the lives of many people through his love of family and friends, his craftsmanship, his love of music; and by saving the lives of several people through his final gift of organ donation. A Celebration of Mike’s Life will be held in the Reception Centre of the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, ON (613) 525-3400 on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 12-4 pm.
