Glen was a childhood friend of mine. I remember when Glen and I went to the one room school here in Too Good Arm. We were in Kindergarten and would walk to school together. Coming home from school at lunchtime one day, we decided to go look at some puppies that were old enough to go to their forever homes. Of course we fell in love with all of them. Glen chose to bring home a white one with brown patches (I think) , and I brought home a brown one. Of course we thought our parents would fall in love with the pups as we had.....well, things didn't go as planned. On our way back to school after lunch, we had to take them back.
Glen and I weren't about to give up on having these puppies, so the next day we did the same thing.......and the next day, and the next day.....not sure how many days it took, but we got our way! Glen named his dog Ringo and I named mine Buster.
