Peacefully at Arnprior Region Health on Monday, August 10, 2020 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Walker (née Armstrong). Proud father of James Howard “Howie” Walker II; and adoring grandfather of Olivia Anne Walker. Dear brother of Janet Walker and Bonnie Downs (Tom); and uncle to Robin, Christine, Melanie, Stephanie, Andrea, Scott, Andrew, Greg, Brad and Keith. Predeceased by his parents James Howard Walker I and Isobel Walker Playfair Jeffrey (née Armstrong); step-sisters Joan Graham (late Alec) and Anne Praslowski (Peter); and by his cherished Cocker Spaniel Riley. James will be fondly remembered by his many friends and neighbours in Norway Bay, Quebec; Clearwater, Florida and Arnprior, Ontario. A Celebration of James’ Life will be held at a later date at the family cottage in Norway Bay.
