It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Donald MacKay, who passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the age of 82.

Beloved father of Deborah, Rodney, and Stephanie.

Adored grandfather of Samantha (Heather), Christopher, Victoria, Kimberly, Kelsey, Calvin, and Travis.

Loving friend and partner of Corrie Mayer.

Dear brother of Allan MacKay (Yvonne), Mary Shaw (Mike), Marguerite MacKay and Belle Robidoux.

Donald will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Predeceased by his parents Robert and Helen (née MacLennan) MacKay. Also predeceased by his siblings Joan Martin, Isabel MacKay, John MacKay, Anne Levac, Frances MacKay, and Neil MacKay.

Relatives and friends are asked to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, ON K0C 1A0 (613) 525-3400 on Sunday, April 28, 2024, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. A Private Service will be held at 2 p.m.
