Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Carefor Hospice Cornwall on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the age of 79.  Beloved husband and best friend of Marie-Claire Dubois (née Bédard).  Loving father of Michel (Beth Lloyd), Denis (Maryse Lamirande) and Daniel (Nicole Larocque).  Proud grandfather of Rachelle, Deanne, Christine, Eric, Jean-François, Marc-Antoine, and Pierre-Olivier; and great-grandfather of Blake and Averie.  Dear brother of André (Cécile Lanthier), the late Rachelle Dicaire (late Paul), Helene MacKinnon (Alan), Nicole Vaillancourt (Pierre), and Jean-Marc (Roslyn).  Son of the late Henri-George Dubois and the late Edna Dubois (née Pilon). Hubert’s warm smile and gentle nature will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.  Family and friends are requested to gather at the Salon Funéraire Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, (613) 525-3400 on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 9 - 10:30 am.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 11 am.  Interment at Cimetière Sacré-Coeur and a reception at the Glengarry Funeral Home will follow.  Memorial donations to Carefor Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.  Condolences/Donations/Tributes may be made online at www.glengarryfuneralhome.com
