Peacefully, at Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of over 56 years to Ingrid Neumann (née Schwarz). Loving father of Alexander “Sacha” (Bettina) of Germany, Paul of Ottawa, and Martina (Mark) of Wisconsin. Proud grandfather of Skyler, Oliver, Jennifer and Isabella. Son of the late Stanislaus and Else (née Poeck) Neumann. Siegfried will be fondly remembered by his friends and neighbours in Glengarry and by his extended family in Germany. He was a professional Beekeeper and Past-Chairman of Canadian Organic Growers – Ottawa Chapter. Family and friends are requested to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, ON, K0C 1A0 (613) 525-3400 on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 11 am – 12 pm (noon).
